Saint Francis Healthcare System has entered into a joint venture with Landmark Holdings of Missouri, LLC to bring long-term acute care to the residents of Southeast Missouri and Southern Illinois. Landmark Hospital of Cape Girardeau is a 30-bed, fully licensed long-term acute care (LTAC) hospital caring for patients with catastrophic and/or chronic medically complex conditions requiring hospital stays averaging 25 days or longer.

This program is for patients requiring transdisciplinary medical services and recovery from a surgical procedure.
The program is for patients requiring mechanical ventilation weaning.
This program is for patients recovering from serious wound complications, extensive surgery or requiring treatment for pressure ulcers.
This program is for patients who are unable to tolerate a stringent therapy program.
